Before the run
NuGEO confirms the company, canonical domain, category, primary business goal, and the decisions the report must cover. The account owner can add a private strategy note or text-based context, chooses the AI services, and can connect read-only analytics or search data when those sources would improve the analysis.
The saved scope becomes part of the report. Later checks should not move the goalposts without showing the change.
What the Foundation covers
- CompanyHow AI services identify the company, products, audience, strengths, and limits.
- CategoryThe questions and comparisons that shape discovery and purchase decisions.
- SourcesThe first- and third-party pages used to support important statements.
- WebsiteCrawl access, page signals, entity consistency, source quality, and obvious technical gaps.
- ActionA prioritized content and technical roadmap tied to the recorded findings.
What you receive
The report suite separates the executive picture from the working detail. It covers the overall audit, AI visibility, competitive intelligence, technical work, and content strategy.
A separate implementation brief gives the customer's coding agents and development team ordered tasks, repository-discovery rules, supporting data, acceptance criteria, validation, rollback notes, approval boundaries, and a completion template. It is built to let implementation begin within hours of delivery, while the customer retains review and deployment control.
Every report remains attached to the saved run. Raw operational diagnostics stay out of the customer view.
After the report
- Make the high-confidence changes.Give the implementation brief to the customer's agents or development team and review the bounded work before it ships.
- Verify the affected questions.Reopen the saved settings and rerun a focused part of the baseline after the changes are public and crawlable.
- Watch material drift.Keep comparable results together over time so changes in visibility and source coverage are easier to see.
